Advisors will be available on both the Golden Triangle and Scooba campuses beginning Jan. 4 and ending on Jan. 12 to assist students with registration. Virtual advising will be available daily.
The advising schedule is subject to change due to the uncertainty surrounding the novel coronavirus.
Advising on the Golden Triangle campus will take place in the Lyceum Auditorium, which is located in the Douglas Building. Advising on the Scooba campus will be available in the Hawkins Vo-Tech Student Success Center.
Current students can find out who their advisor is by going to the Self-Service menu in their LEO account. Click on “Communication” and “Email My Advisor(s).
New students can apply online at www.eastms.edu. Click on the “Apply Now” tab. Newly admitted students will be contacted by an advisor
Here is a breakdown of the advising schedule on both campuses:
GOLDEN TRIANGLE CAMPUS
Monday, January 4: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Tuesday, January 5: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday, January 6: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Faculty advisors will assist.)
Thursday, January 7: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Faculty advisors will assist.)
Friday, January 8: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Faculty advisors will assist.)
Saturday, January 9: 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (Virtual advising by appointment. Register here.)
Monday, January 11: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Tuesday, January 12: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
