MI-BEST
The Mississippi Integrated Basic Education and Skills Training (MI-BEST)is a program
for high school dropouts, low income persons, and other non-traditional students who
wish to accelerate their transition from basic skills education to post-secondary
programs of study, with the ultimate goal of securing a good paying job. Scholarships
are available to students who qualify.
To be eligible, you must be:
- 17 years or older without a high school diploma
- Currently enrolled in the High School Equivalency Program at EMCC
- Achieve a Bronze Level Certification on the ACT WorkKeys Test

- Basic Electrical Lineworker
- Business Office Technology
