Belhaven University and the Mississippi Association of Community Colleges signed an articulation agreement that allows students at Mississippi’s 15 community colleges to transfer into Belhaven University’s Bachelor of Science program in Elementary Teacher Education. EMCC President Dr. Scott Alsobrooks, back row third from left attended the signing, as did presidents and representatives from the state’s other community colleges. Seated at the signing are, from left, Belhaven University Provost, Dr. Audrey Kelleher; Belhaven University President, Dr. Roger Parrott; MACC Chairman, and Holmes Community College President, Dr. Jim Haffey and Belhaven University’s Dean of the School of Education, Dr. David Hand.
