The public is invited to attend a LAN (Local Area Network) Party April 5 at The Communiversity that will feature games of all sorts, from video games, board games and more.

The public is invited to attend a free concert Feb. 17 beginning at 4 p.m. in the Dottie Smith Family Center for Instrumental Music Education on East Mississippi Community College’s Scooba campus. Students in grades 7-9 who are participating in the Queen City Honor Band Clinic at EMCC will perform during the concert.

QUEEN CITY HONOR BAND RETURNS TO EMCC'S SCOOBA CAMPUS

East Mississippi Community College's Scooba campus will host the Queen City Honor Band Clinic Feb. 16-17 when more than 100 students from area middle and high schools will participate in a band clinic that will culminate in a free concert that will be open to the public. More


Among other things, The Communiversity at EMCC prepares students to enter fields related to advanced manufacturing. Several partnerships are in the works at The Communiversity to offer additional training and services to benefit students and area industries.
