The Adult Education Launch Pad on East Mississippi Community College’s Golden Triangle campus conducted a graduation ceremony Dec. 4 for students who had earned their high school equivalency diplomas.

Fifty-nine students earned their diploma, with 44 of those participating in the ceremony that took place in the Lyceum Auditorium.

The guest speaker was Kailey Turner, a 2024 Launch Pad graduate who is now enrolled at EMCC, where she is a student ambassador. EMCC President Dr. Scott Alsobrooks provided special remarks and confirmed the graduates. Adult Education Director Tshurah Dismuke also addressed the students.
