NOTICE OF SPECIAL CALLED MEETING

OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF

EAST MISSISSIPPI COMMUNITY COLLEGE

A special called meeting of the Board of Trustees of East Mississippi Community College will be held on Wednesday, September 30^th at 12:00 noon via Zoom.

Room 234 in the Johnny Fisher Math and Science building on the Golden Triangle Campus and the F. R. Young Student Union Board Dining Room located on the Scooba Campus will both be available for those who want to attend in person. The public is welcome.

The purposes are for the approval of the minutes from the September meeting in advance of a bond validation hearing scheduled for Friday, October 2^nd and approval of the Legal and Compliance Certification documents for the Transportation Alternatives Project Applications for the Scooba and Golden Triangle Campuses.
