  • EMCC Will Offer Weekday Walk-in Orientation Sessions

    All new, full time EMCC students planning to attend East Mississippi Community College for the fall 2017 can now take advantage of weekday “Walk-In” Orientation sessions on both the Golden Triangle and Scooba Campuses. Fall classes are scheduled to begin on August 14.

  • EMCC TO PROVIDE STUDENTS WITH DATABASE OF AVAILABLE HEALTH SERVICES

    East Mississippi Community College is partnering with area health care agencies to connect students with resources available to deal with issues such as unplanned pregnancies and sexually transmitted infections.

  • Meridian native David Williams joins EMCC as new recruiter

    Meridian native David Williams has been hired as a recruiter for East Mississippi Community College. “We are excited to have David on our team,” said Leia Hill, EMCC assistant vice president for Institutional Advancement. “While he has only been here a few days, David has hit the ground running and is working hard to spread the word about the excellent programs offered at EMCC.”

  • Lauderdale students tour Golden Triangle, Lion Hills locations

    About 300 Lauderdale County high school students are touring EMCC's Golden Triangle campus and Lion Hills Center to learn about the college’s Career-Technical Division. Last Friday, some 160 students from Northeast Lauderdale High School visited. This Friday, about 140 students from West Lauderdale High School will do the same. The tours were timed to coincide with National Career and Technical Education Month.
