The employer hub of College Central Network is where employers can post jobs to the nation's largest network of entry-level job seekers in the EMCC area.
To help you match your job or internship opportunity to the best candidates in The Network, we first need to learn about you and your company. Signing up for a free Employer Account is the first step in the matching process. From here, you can post new jobs online, update existing postings, and review an archive of your previously posted job listings.
After signing up, you can begin posting jobs immediately. Your job listings will appear on our Jobs Central® job board and can be viewed by student and alumni job seekers from EMCC.
Once your job is posted to The Network, Employer Central's Best Match Central technology searches from among hundreds of thousands of job-seekers to identify individuals who meet the qualifications of your ideal job candidate.
Candidates matching your requirements are then directly notified of your opportunity via email. They can respond immediately by logging into their account and viewing your posting, visiting your corporate recruitment Web site, or any other any other way as specified in your job posting.
