Failure to participate in class may result in the student being administratively withdrawn from class by the instructor. If this happens the student will still be required to pay for the course. A student who wishes to appeal an EMCC class administrative withdrawal due to excessive unexcused absences must do so in writing to the EMCC Dean of Distance Learning within one week of the withdrawal date. Students enrolled in classes taught by instructors from other schools are subject to that school’s attendance and/or excessive absence policy and procedures. If a student is administratively withdrawn from a class provided by another college, the student must follow that college's policy & procedures Good luck and have a fantastic semester. The Distance Learning Coordinator for EMCC is James McMullan (click on name to email him) and phone number 601-679-3570. Please call him with any questions. |
