The Women In Science and Technology Conference (WIST)

East Mississippi Community College will be sponsoring the annual Women in Science and Technology (WIST) conference on February 23, 2007.

The conference is designed to encourage females to pursue highly technical and non-traditional careers with science and math backgrounds. The conference will include guest speakers and demonstration/discussion sessions on the following topics:

Technology at Work
Women in Leadership
Women in the Trades
Health and Related Occupations I
Health and Related Occupations II
Math and Engineering Occupations
Science and Engineering Occupations
