Welcome to the Minority Science and Engineering Improvement Program website. The Minority Science and Engineering Improvement Program (MSEIP) is a new program supported by the U.S. Department of Education. The primary goal of the project is to better prepare students, primarily minorities and women, for career and educational opportunities in science, math, engineering and technology.
