Steps to Purchasing Your Books

• Student must have their student Id
• Student must have a copy of their matriculation form
• If online student, you must bring your student profile along with matriculation form

• Cash
• Personal Checks (Must have driver's license)
• Debit Cards
• Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa Card and Discover Card)
• Bookstore Credit Slip. (Issued by Business Office)

Refund Policy

During registration, books may be returned for full credit/refund under the following conditions:

• If the book is bought in shrink wrap, it needs to be returned with shrink wrap on it.
• If returning due to the cancellation of a class, please bring the book in the same day it's cancelled.
• If returning due to dropping and/or adding a class, you have 3 days from the first day of class to return it.
• If returning due to withdrawal from school
• During registration, partial credit/refund is given when books are returned that are not in the original condition
• After registration, books may be returned for full or partial credit/refund as a result of withdrawing from school, depending upon the condition of the books.
• Books may not be returned after the registration period for credit or refund unless the student is withdrawing from school.
• Virtual students who use their credit/debit card for book purchases may return their books in accordance with bookstore return policy. Refunds are given in the form of a credit on the original credit/debit card information provided.
