Boot Camp Fitness Class

This fitness class is 45 minutes of cardiovascular exercise (jogging, skipping, and jumping) mixed with strength and flexiblity elements (using dumbbells, exercise bands, or body weight resistance). This class can be modified to accomodate all levels of fitness.
